The tech & engineering advantage

Map the ground before you price the ground

A drone flight produces a terrain model in hours. A borehole log tells you what that terrain will do under load. Read together, they remove the two costs that damage construction budgets most: earthwork quantities that were estimated rather than measured, and foundations sized for the worst assumption on the site.

  • Cut-and-fill computed from a measured surface, so earthwork tenders are checked against volume, not opinion.
  • Anchor and retention design tied to actual SPT, CPT and rock-core data from the same coordinate grid as the survey.
  • Monthly aerial captures give an auditable progress record for lenders, insurers and arbitration.
  • One coordinate system from survey to setting-out, so drawings, models and stakeout never drift apart.

“They flew the site on day two and had a cut-and-fill figure before our earthwork tender closed. It saved us a variation we would not have caught.”
