01 — Build
Residential & commercial construction
Turnkey execution for housing, apartment and mixed-use developments, commercial complexes, warehousing and institutional buildings. ARN takes the project from site clearance through structure, envelope, services and finishes, with the survey and geotechnical work already in-house.

02 — Ground
Geotechnical engineering & ground anchorage
Subsurface investigation, soil mechanics and structural design for what sits on and in the ground — including permanent and temporary anchorage for slopes, retaining walls and deep excavations.

03 — Measure
Drone survey technology & aerial mapping
Photogrammetric capture and processing for terrain models, volumes, contours and construction progress. Ground control is surveyed and checked, so the outputs are usable for design and for billing.

- Stockpile and cut-and-fill volume computation with a stated tolerance

Environmental consultancy for TNPCB
Consents, waste authorisations, registrations and annual returns under the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board — prepared, filed and followed through to the order, for units being built and units already running.
