The practice
Precision in every build is a working method, not a slogan
ARN Engineering was founded to close the gap between the people who measure a site, the people who analyse its ground, and the people who build on it. On most projects those are three companies with three sets of drawings and three explanations when something moves. Here they are one team.
The practice covers residential and commercial construction, geotechnical engineering and soil mechanics, ground anchorage and slope stabilisation, drone survey technology, and environmental consultancy for TNPCB consents and authorisations. The equipment side — the plant, rigs and airframes — is owned rather than sub-let, which is why the programme holds when a rig is needed at short notice.

No quantity goes into a bill of quantities that has not been measured from a surveyed surface or a borehole log.

If the investigation changes the design case, you hear it the week it happens — with the number that changed.
Test, then certify
Anchors, concrete and compaction are accepted on test records, not on the strength of the installer's word.
