Hillside residential terrace
Stepped villas on a graded slope. Foundations set from the aerial terrain model, retaining line coordinated with the anchorage package before the layout was frozen.
ARN Construction and Equipment
Integrating turnkey residential & commercial construction with advanced geotechnical design, ground anchorage, aerial drone intelligence and environmental compliance.
Core capabilities
Most projects lose time at the handover between surveyor, geotechnical consultant, environmental consultant and builder. ARN holds all four under one scope of work, one programme, and one signature.
Residential and commercial project execution from ground up — excavation and foundations through RCC frame, envelope, MEP coordination, finishes and handover.
Construction workflows → 02 / GroundSubsurface investigation, retaining structures, rock and soil anchors, soil nailing and slope stabilisation — designed against tested capacity, not assumed values.
Anchorage & soil mechanics → 03 / MeasureAerial photogrammetry, 3D DTM/DEM modelling, ortho-mosaics, cut-and-fill volume calculation and month-on-month progress monitoring.
Aerial survey services → 04 / ComplyConsent to Establish and Operate, renewals, bio-medical, hazardous and plastic waste authorisations, Form IV returns and EPR registration.
TNPCB clearances →The tech & engineering advantage
A drone flight produces a terrain model in hours. A borehole log tells you what that terrain will do under load. Read together, they remove the two costs that damage construction budgets most: earthwork quantities that were estimated rather than measured, and foundations sized for the worst assumption on the site.
Selected work
Filter by discipline. Replace the placeholder plates with site photography, ortho-mosaic exports and anchor test records as they clear client approval.
Stepped villas on a graded slope. Foundations set from the aerial terrain model, retaining line coordinated with the anchorage package before the layout was frozen.
Two rows of pre-stressed ground tiebacks holding a secant wall through a [XX] m excavation, every production anchor proof-tested to 1.33 × design load.
Pre- and post-excavation captures reconciled the contractor's claimed earthwork against a measured surface, with the difference reported to ±2 %.
Soil nails installed top-down in staged lifts with shotcrete facing and drainage composite, following a failure during the [YEAR] monsoon.
Mixed retail and office block delivered in phases so the trading floor stayed open, with monthly aerial captures tied to each billing certificate.
Consent to Establish filed before construction and Consent to Operate after commissioning, with the effluent routing settled on the drawings rather than after the first inspection.
Authorisation under the H&OWM Rules with a redesigned storage yard, manifest handling and disposal through an authorised TSDF, followed by the annual return.
Full site captured at 1.5 cm/px with surveyed ground control, delivered as DXF contours at 0.5 m interval and a classified point cloud for the design team.
Credentials & compliance
“They flew the site on day two and had a cut-and-fill figure before our earthwork tender closed. It saved us a variation we would not have caught.”[CLIENT NAME] · [PROJECT / COMPANY]
“The anchor test records were the cleanest documentation our lender's engineer had seen on a hillside project.”[CLIENT NAME] · [PROJECT / COMPANY]
“One team for survey, soil and structure meant nobody could pass the problem sideways. That is the whole value.”[CLIENT NAME] · [PROJECT / COMPANY]
